Who We Are

Policy Research and Evaluation Centre Limited (PREC) is a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm incorporated in 2017 as a duly registered private limited company pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act (Cap. 486), Laws of Kenya.

PREC Ltd specializes in broad areas that include Public Policy and Strategy; institutional strengthening including trainings and MISs; Program/Project Monitoring and Evaluation including impact evaluations and trainings; Research including Socio-Economic Surveys; and Environmental and Social Safeguards.

With our wide range of expertise, we offer solutions to our clients through value additions at every stage of the project. PREC aims to build a reputation on sustainable expert professional advice through provision of quality service, by understanding of client's needs and meeting expectations on time and within budget.
